HOW TO JOIN?
Join by signing up via the loyalty portal - you can find in the main menu or at the footer of the site under customer care. Once you create an account and are signed in click back into the portal to review your points and rewards.

Earn 1000 reward points and receive a $50 voucher to spend on orders over $250. The more you shop the more rewards and exclusive benefits you will receive.

ASCOTS REWARDS
When you join our program you will start in this tier. Earn 1000 points to unlock your $50 voucher. Receive a 10% off voucher on your birthday.

ASCOTS REWARDS VIP
Earn 5000 points to enter tier. Then unlock 10% off with 100 points. Receive 15% off on your birthday + exclusive offers and event invites.

How do I check my rewards points balance and redeem rewards?
You can check your balance through the loyalty portal, you can find in the main menu or at the footer of the site under customer care. Or just ask our sales team to check for you.

I already have an account in-store, do I need to make an online account?
Yes you will, just use the email that you gave in-store when you create your account online and they will link up so all of your in-store and online purchases will earn points on the same account.

How do I use my rewards?
When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique reward code. You can use your reward code during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the discount bar. Note, you can only use one code per order. If you are shopping in-store we will apply your reward at the counter. If you think you might have a reward waiting please just ask the team and we can check and apply to your purchase.

What are all the terms and conditions?
We reserve the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
Coupons can only be redeemed once and one coupon per day.
Reward points cannot be redeemed on the order from which they were generated.
Reward points & coupons can only be redeemed on full priced purchases over $250.
Reward coupons can not be used in conjunction with other promotions. This includes on all sale products.
If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
Points expire in 12 months (You will be reminded)
