ASCOTS of BOWRAL AUSTRALIA TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email once it has been dispatched. If any changes or cancellations are necessary, we will contact you via email.

1.2 ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We aim to ensure all details on our website - including pricing, product descriptions, and stock availability are accurate. Occasionally, errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or amend your order.

1.3 PRIVACY

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Information is collected to complete transactions, manage our loyalty program, and communicate updates, promotions or services.
We do not sell or trade your information. Third-party service providers, such as delivery and payment processors, may access your information solely to perform their function.
Cookies are used to track activity and optimise user experience. You may disable cookies via your browser, but this may affect site functionality. To opt out of promotional emails, use the unsubscribe link in our emails or contact us at hello@ascots.com.au

Our privacy policy complies with the Australian Privacy Act.

2. PAYMENTS & PRICING
2.1 ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Afterpay

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise indicated.

2.2 AFTERPAY

Afterpay allows you to pay over four equal installments due every two weeks. Terms and conditions apply - see Afterpay’s website for details. Eligibility is subject to Afterpay’s assessment and approval.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
3.1 ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are dispatched from our Bowral, NSW location. Some items may ship from Angel Divine in New Zealand if required. 

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Sale items may take up to 5 business days due to off-site storage. Dispatch may be delayed during peak periods.

3.2 DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Australia: 3–7 business days (tracked)

New Zealand: 5–10 business days (tracked)

International: 5–10 business days (tracked via DHL or similar)

Delivery estimates are indicative only. Ascots is not liable for delays caused by customs, couriers, or external circumstances.

3.3 DELIVERY RATES

Australia: Free on orders over $300 | $15 standard delivery

New Zealand: $30 AUD | Free on orders over $300

International: $80 AUD | Free on orders over $750

3.4 TRACKING

All parcels include tracking. Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched. If you do not receive tracking information, contact hello@ascots.com.au

4. TAXES & DUTIES
4.1 AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

All prices include Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). No additional duties or taxes apply to orders delivered within Australia.

4.2 INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are the responsibility of the customer. We are required to declare the full value of your order on customs documentation and cannot mark items as “gifts” unless true.

If delivery is refused due to duties or taxes, the shipment may be returned. Any associated costs, including return shipping and processing fees, will be deducted from your refund.

5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY
5.1 ONLINE RETURNS

Full-priced items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund (less shipping & a 2% restocking fee).
Returns must be in original condition, unworn, with tags and packaging intact. Use a trackable courier - we are not responsible for lost returns.

 with your order number and reason for return.

Sale items (including promotional discounts) are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Please note: All returns must be made to the store from which your order was purchased. New Zealand and international orders placed with Ascots of Bowral must be returned to Ascots - returns to our New Zealand sister store, Angel Divine, cannot be accepted.

5.2 IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please choose thoughtfully in-store, as refunds for change of mind are not offered. Exchanges or store credit are available within 3 days, with proof of purchase. Faulty items will be accepted under warranty.

To be eligible for returns, items must be in original condition - unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box with unmarked soles.

5.3 REFUNDS

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is received and approved. Allow up to 5 business days for processing. International refunds may take longer.

5.4 WARRANTY CLAIMS

Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Warranty does not cover damage from wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.

 with your order number, photos, and description of the issue.
If deemed faulty, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund if unavailable.

6. REWARDS PROGRAM

Ascots of Bowral Rewards
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent online or in-store. Points accumulate toward rewards and exclusive offers.

Loyalty Program Terms

Coupons may be modified or cancelled at our discretion.

One coupon per day, per customer.

Coupons valid on full-priced orders over $250.

Cannot be combined with other offers or used on sale items.

Points/coupons cannot be applied to the order from which they were earned.

If items purchased with a coupon are returned, the coupon value may be deducted.

Points expire after 12 months.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Australian law. You are also entitled to rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
